Do you want to upgrade your Alesis kit with mesh heads? With our conversion kit, you’ll switch an Alesis mylar pad for a high quality mesh head in only 10 minutes.
The conversion is very easy, you only need a pair of scissors!
The 682Drums conversion kit will greatly improve the playability of your Alesis pads, or other kits with Medeli mylar pads. The mesh heads have a natural stick rebound. Better to prevent than to cure RSI! The ambient sound will be reduced (-20dB ). Play without upsetting neighbors!
You can choose two types of mesh heads:
- XS-PRO mesh heads with 2 layers.
- XS-PRO+ mesh heads with 2 layers + a RealHit layer. The RealHit layer is an extra layer which not only improves the feel of your kit but also the looks!

These mesh heads really transformed my Alesis DM8, and the conversion was super simple.
