Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your 682Drums purchase, for any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 30 days of purchase (*some restrictions apply).
Allways notify us upfront by email (returns@682Drums.com) and we inform you how to return the goods.
* Because custom and personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable. Also Gift Cards are not returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Extra shipping information
