Mesh drum head 15 inch
Why should you choose 682Drums mesh heads?
682Drums mesh heads are made of two layers of fine woven mesh and are extremely strong and durable. The XS-PRO+ mesh heads have an additional RealHit layer, to make the ‘real feel’ even better. The mesh drumheads have a natural stick rebound, similar to acoustic drumheads. Therefore mesh heads for drums are a great option when you want that real kit feel at a lower volume! Lower volume also means, play without upsetting neighbors!
If you want to make your acoustic drum kit quieter, you can simply replace your “normal” drumheads into mesh drumheads. This will turn your acoustic kit into a silent practice kit.
Will you go for an electronic drum kit?
A good option (besides mesh drumheads) is also to install the 682Drums Edge triggers. Together with a drum module you have a great looking electronic drum kit! (Check Drum Triggers for more information).
Do you need replacement mesh heads?
682Drums Mesh Heads are the heads of choice for most electronic drum kits. Lots of electronic drummers replace the mesh heads of their Alesis or 2BOX drum kit with 682Drums mesh heads, to make these great kits even better!
If you have an Alesis kit with mylar heads you can also replace them with mesh drum heads! This way your kit plays much better and you no longer have the feeling of hitting a steel plate because the rebound is so much better with mesh heads!
You can choose two types of mesh drum heads:
- XS-PRO mesh heads with 2 layers.
- XS-PRO+ mesh heads with 2 layers + a RealHit layer. So, the RealHit layer is an extra layer which not only improves the feel of your kit but also the looks!
Customers often ask us the question how long our mesh heads last.
Well, many of our customers need to replace their mesh heads only once every 5 years!
682Drums mesh drum heads are extremely strong and durable!
